Photographer/Videographer – Part-time, Internship

As the Photographer/Videographer, your job entails audio visual documentation of LIS events which includes taking pictures, recording videos and editing content to be published on our website and social media accounts. You will directly report to Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Photography

Taking timeless pictures of events
Editing the pictures taken
Give edited pictures to the Social Media Manager to have them published on social media accounts

Videography

Film events
Edit videos and upload them on LIS YouTube channel to be ready for transcription

Handling of content

Pictures and videos taken during events must be:

Uploaded on storage clouds directed by the Director
Shared with the web designer to be uploaded on the website
Shared with the Social Media Manager to be uploaded on social media
Must film/take pictures in sizes requested by the Social Media Manager

Qualifications

A degree in photography/filming is desirable but not essential.
Use of cameras/lens (essential)
Editing software for pictures and videos (essential)
Time management skills
Team working skills
Creative thinking
Attention to detail
Satisfaction oriented

Required Experience

Photographer experience
Videographer experience

Important Note

Some events and meetings require availability out-of-hours (evenings and Saturdays). Must attend the assigned event(s) fully in order to capture pictures/videos throughout the events from the beginning to the end of events.

Any potential candidate will be required to attend an induction prior to the start of the internship.
