Public Relations Officer – Part-time, Internship

As the Public Relations Officer, you will be the representative of LIS meeting and greeting attendees and maintaining their satisfaction throughout the event. You should be friendly and approachable for attendees to address any issues they have, and you must be a good team member to ensure that the event flows smoothly. You will directly report to Director of LIS.

Responsibilites

Preparing name tags of attendees and printing them out

Coordination with Level39

Arranging catering with L39
Setting up the front desk
Ensure that the venue is clean on the day of the event

Greeting attendees at the front of the desk upon arrival, giving their name tags and directing them to the venue of the event.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Good housekeeping skills
Time management skills

Good written and oral communication
Approachable and friendly

Attention to detail

Required Experience

Experience in Public Relations

Important Note

Some events and meetings require availability out-of-hours (evenings and Saturdays). Must attend the assigned event(s) fully.

Any potential candidate will be required to attend an induction prior to the start of the internship.
